Your Salesforce, rebuilt without the platform tax.

We read your org, rebuild its data and logic exactly, and give you an AI-first system designed around how your team works. Hosted for a flat fee, or take the code and run it yourself.

Read-only access. The score looks at configuration and counts, never your records.

Illustrative example, not a product screenshot. Drag to compare the same record.

Example: 24 fields on one page, and this role uses six of them.

Same record, same rules. Only what this role needs, plus chat.

Salesforce costs you three ways

For years, building on a platform was the fast, affordable option. Development got cheap. The platform didn't.

In cash

  • Licences of $50–200k a year that rise at every renewal.
  • Full editions bought for a few tables and fifty fields.
  • AI sold as an add-on on top of every seat.

In platform tax

  • Every change needs a specialist, an admin or a partner.
  • Shipping is slow: sandboxes, deployments, 75% test coverage.
  • Governor limits and API caps decide what you can build.

In experience

  • Screens built around objects, not the work people do.
  • One layout for every business, whatever your process.
  • Spreadsheets on the side, because the system gets in the way.

How Exodus works

Salesforce already describes your whole system in metadata: data model, automations, screens, roles and permissions. We use it to rebuild, most of it automatically.

  1. Scan

Connect read-only. Your Exodus Score shows licence waste, unused configuration and what a move involves.

  2. Rebuild

Your data model and business logic are rebuilt exactly, then checked against your org's own tests.

  3. Redesign

Screens are redesigned around each role, based on how your team actually uses the org.

  4. Run

We host and support it for a flat monthly fee. Your team keeps building with AI.

Same logic. A better system.

Nothing about how your business runs changes on day one. How it feels to work in does.

Kept exactly

  • Objects, fields and relationships
  • Validation rules and formulas
  • Flows, triggers and Apex logic
  • Roles, permissions and sharing

Verified against your org's own test suite before cutover. Salesforce stays untouched until the final switch.

Rebuilt for your team

  • A home screen for each role, built around today's work
  • Only the fields each role actually uses
  • Guided steps instead of jumping between tabs
  • Answers in chat instead of hunting through dashboards

Designed from evidence: what your team fills in, opens and skips.

AI-first

Chat is the main interface
Ask questions, update records and trigger actions in plain language. The screens are there when you want them.
MCP out of the box
Connect Claude, ChatGPT or your own agents. Every object and action is available to them, within each person's permissions.
Keep building it yourself
Describe a change, preview it, publish it. Our engineers handle the complex ones.

Leave us any time. The code is yours.

Exodus runs on an open-source core. Export the full, runnable system whenever you want and host it yourself. We earn the renewal with service, not switching costs.

Built by Salesforce engineers

We've spent more than ten years building on Salesforce and have shipped dozens of systems on it, including our own managed package. We know where orgs hide their complexity, because we've put it there.

Now we help companies keep everything they built, and leave the rest behind.

FAQ

What do you access in our org?

For the score, a read-only user that reads configuration and aggregate counts, such as how many records an object holds or how often a field is filled. We don't read the contents of your records. Full data access happens only during a migration you've agreed to.

How do we know nothing broke?

Your org's own Apex tests become the specification, and we run them against the rebuilt system. Data is reconciled table by table, both systems run side by side until reports match, and Salesforce isn't touched until the final switch, which can be reversed.

What about AppExchange packages?

The scan lists every installed package and how much you use it. Packaged code can't be copied, so for each one we replace it, integrate with it, or tell you plainly that your org isn't a good fit yet.

Can we leave Exodus?

Yes, at any time. The core is open source, and you can export the full, runnable code of your system and host it wherever you like.

Who is this for?

We're starting with companies of roughly 20 to 200 Salesforce seats that rely on custom objects and don't have a full-time Salesforce team. If you're larger, talk to us anyway.

How long does a move take?

It depends on what's in your org, which is exactly what the Exodus Score tells you. You'll get a scoped plan before you commit to anything.
